Muchas gracias, de tantos videos que busqué este es el mejor, a partir de estos cálculos pude hacer otros más complejos
Can you show how to do an anova with the high and low variables?
hi, when making an average for a variable, do you add the reverse coded variables or the original variables?
To enhance your knowledge, join below group
great explanation: quick question though? the scale seem ordinal, why use mean and not median? asking because this has always confused me in that I see researches do both!
rather than putting in the fixed value of 3.13 into the transform you could instead use the MEAN() function in the transform. It would then look like: if $source < MEAN(GPA) This means that if the GPA data changes then the transform variable changes to follow suite. If you click the little fx button it will show you all the available functions.
This was really helpful. Thank you very much from a doctoral student in the UK :)
So useful!
omg you saved my life thank you from the bottom of my heart
thank you so much
Can u help me please,, the teacher asked me to make results and conclusions after my analysis ,, how can I make them?
Can you include reverse items in cronbachs alpha if you recode them?
I've got the same question. I've watched a few videos and a lot of them have included reversed items.
Zhiying Zhou I included them and it seems fine. But when I include them in the variable calculator the results are messed up.
Thanks a lot for the video. Could someone please just tell how to change the variable type to Numeric without losing the values we have on data view? I have a questionnaire to analyze and it's exactly the same case as on this video. Please help. When I switch the variable type into Numeric all the values disappear, as they aren't numbers but values like : "Very low, low, average…"
go to the transform tab in spss then code in to same variable then select the variable for which you want to transform the value it has option like old and new for instance you can replace 0 with very low then 1 with low and so on,after that you can change data type to numeric from variable view tab also provide values and labels there
Thank you so much. This is so clearly explained. I also really appreciate the way you reported your analysis on ms word. You are awesome.
It's so simple to understand..a big thank you
Brilliant ! Thanks a lot :)
Thank you soooo much!!!!!!!
It's so clear, thank you so much :)

Nathalie Enda Zileta Depari same for me. A big thank you 🙏🏼
Ok, at some point, you have to talk about Jordan B Peterson.
Excellent video
Your video has been very helpful, but how can you be contacted for further explanations or clarifications?..Thanks
Watched many videos yet yours is most helpful one among all. Thank youuuu
Thank you for your video. How can I calculate ceiling and floor effect? Nobody has explained it yet. It would be more useful to test the reliability of scales.
Thanks a lot
Thanks alot
